Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized orders

• Used candles or worn jewelry

• Sale or discounted items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at:

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
